Vehicle Dynamics Assessment

We assist our clients to mitigate the risks from the threat of hostile vehicles either delivering an improvised explosive device, driving with intent into crowded spaces, or targeting infrastructure. We do this by evaluating assets/areas to be protected, understanding user requirements, operational requirements, and existing vulnerabilities, and identifying possible mitigation solutions. The awareness of threat and vulnerability leads to the requirement for Vehicle Dynamic Assessments (VDAs). Experts in hostile vehicle mitigation at the National Protective Security Authority (NPSA) – formerly the Centre of Protection of National Infrastructure (CPNI) and Police Service Counter Terrorism Security Advisers (CTSAs) are strong campaigners for this assessment process.
