The National Skills Academy for Nuclear (NSAN) has published a case study on Ubique Risk Management’s membership journey, documenting nearly a decade of engagement, endorsed training programmes, and measurable sector impact since joining the network in 2017.
From the outset, Ubique approached NSAN membership as a strategic investment rather than a passive affiliation. Through active participation in NSAN initiatives and the Nuclear Training Network, the company secured endorsements for multiple specialist programmes, including Emergency Preparedness and Response, Critical Incident Management, and Control Room Management training. In 2022, Ubique took on the redevelopment and delivery of the NSAN Triple Bar Nuclear Security course, and in 2025 commenced delivery of the NSAN GAIN Lite Programme for sector induction. In 2020, the partnership extended internationally when Ubique collaborated with NSAN to deliver consultancy for WINS in Thailand.
Ubique’s most recent annual review of its NSAN membership demonstrated a 1,900% return on the annual membership fee, a figure that reflects both direct commercial gains and the reputational value generated through sustained sector engagement.
“Our journey with NSAN has been built on trust, shared purpose, and a genuine commitment to strengthening the nuclear skills landscape. By engaging fully with the opportunities available, we have been able to translate membership into meaningful progress, commercially, operationally, and in the value we bring to the sector.” Richard Ross, Managing Director, Ubique Risk Management
