Ubique Risk Management Receives Defence Employer Recognition Scheme Silver Award

Ubique Risk Management is proud to announce that we have been awarded Silver status in the Defence Employer Recognition Scheme (ERS), in recognition of our ongoing commitment to supporting defence and the armed forces community.

The Defence Employer Recognition Scheme is administered by Defence Relationship Management and recognises employer organisations that pledge, demonstrate, and advocate genuine support for defence personnel, reservists, veterans, and their families. Awards are made at bronze, silver, and gold level, with each tier reflecting the depth and consistency of an employer’s commitment to aligning with the values of the Armed Forces Covenant.

For Ubique, this recognition reflects something that has always been central to who we are. A significant number of our team have served in the armed forces, and that experience shapes the way we work, the standards we hold ourselves to, and the culture we have built as an organisation. Supporting the armed forces community is not part of the foundation on which Ubique was built.

Richard Ross, Managing Director of Ubique Risk Management, said:

“Receiving this award is a proud moment for the whole team, but for us it is also a marker of intent. We want to continue building an organisation where those who have served feel genuinely valued, and where the skills and discipline they bring are recognised. Our ambition is to keep strengthening what we offer to the armed forces community, as an employer, as a training provider, and as an advocate for the people who serve and have served this country.”

Receiving Silver status is a milestone we are genuinely proud of, and we remain committed to being an employer and a training partner that veterans, reservists, and those transitioning from service can trust.
