Ubique Risk Management Receives MOD Defence Employer Recognition Scheme Bronze Award

Ubique Risk Management has been awarded the Bronze Award under the Ministry of Defence Defence Employer Recognition Scheme (ERS), recognising our commitment to the Armed Forces Covenant and our support for the armed forces community.

About the Defence Employer Recognition Scheme

The MOD Defence Employer Recognition Scheme is a government programme that acknowledges and encourages employers who support defence and the armed forces community. The Bronze Award is presented to organisations that have signed the Armed Forces Covenant and demonstrate inclusive employment practices that make them accessible and supportive to veterans, reservists, cadet instructors, military spouses, and service leavers transitioning into civilian careers.

What this means in practice

For Ubique, this recognition reflects a genuine operational commitment rather than a symbolic pledge. As an ELCAS Approved Learning Provider, we actively support service leavers looking to convert their military experience into accredited civilian qualifications through our Training Academy. Our courses in security management, counter-terrorism, and protective security are well suited to veterans and service leavers whose backgrounds align closely with the subject matter.

We believe the skills, discipline, and operational experience that armed forces personnel develop in service are directly transferable to careers in the security and risk sector, and we are committed to ensuring those individuals have clear pathways to recognised qualifications and professional development.
